			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>One of the interesting things about social curation is that I don&#8217;t find the major public social networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) are particularly well-suited for this type of activity. I don&#8217;t see any easy way with any of them to create a evolving collection of information that is structured in any way. I used to use delicious a number of years ago, and it was better, but in the end I moved away from it because the signal to noise ratio just wasn&#8217;t high enough for me. So, I&#8217;m curious as to what people are using for social curation these days.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I think the biggest problem is the part that we take for granted: that CEOs SHOULD be in charge, somehow. Leadership is NOT an individual characteristic. Leadership is the system&#8217;s capacity to shape its future. Yes, in a centralized system, the person at the top of the org chart has some serious power&#8211;power to decide things and allocate resources in ways that others in the system don&#8217;t have. But that doesn&#8217;t leave everyone else power-LESS.  I think our problem is that we rely on our CEOs too much, rather than building capacity in the rest of the system.</p>
